Risk Free Travel - How does escrow work for both renter and owner?
The direct booking industry has been thriving for decades long before VRBO and other rental sites existed. There are many steps you can take to ensure your satisfaction. Renters; we recommend having a FaceTime with the owner inside the property or requesting a recent video. Owners; requesting a refundable security deposit is always a good idea. Most renters do not have an issue with this as long as you have great reviews. For added RISK FREE travel you can use one of the escrow company’s referred by Flatzz. They will hold the funds for each booking until check in has been approved by renter. There is small fee to use this service but it removes any travel anxiety.
Marketing - How can I get top visibility on Flatzz?
